Positive: Is bigger inside then the pictures suggest, is big enough for 10 people easily, heated pool is nice and clean, it was clean and smelled nice inside the house. Towels were in location so no need to bring your own, overall a very good family and friends location/destination. About 15 min walt to the mall so you have a shop walking distance. Is better if you have cars, we had 2 and it worked fine. about 20 min walk to the beach so close enough. Also the house has a ocean view that is nice. Quiet area. We will for sure recommend it.
Negative: We loved the location so these I would say they will need to be improvements in the future, nothing urgent and I would still recommend it highly -Living room needs air-conditioning, we manage to use it like it was as it was not that hot outside in end of September (26-29 C) but in the summer I think it need it. You can manage to cool it if you open the rooms doors and start the AC from all of them. -Offer more trash bins on location or even big 100-200 L ones on wheels to put the rubbish in and take them to the skip as we struggled with the kitchen one and bathrooms ones only.
