Positive: The location was beautiful. When we entered the house, they had a cute little treat for us at the dining room table. The style of the home was also right up our ally, it was spacious and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. And the pool was lovely!
Negative: It is a bit old and worn down. The host told us he's going to be repairing the banister outside- I'd be curious to see if he follows through. The air conditioners/heaters in the rooms (we went in December) didn't all work. So we had some cold people in the rooms unfortunately, it wasn't unbearable, but it would have been nice if they all worked. The little road up to the house is also very worn down, this is more to let you know than a complaint; you're at the right place even if it seems abandoned based on the road you've just encountered.
Summary: With a few touch ups, this place would be absolutely perfect!
