Positive: The house, the garden, the grill, the pool was all amazing. The location (2km from the sea, from a nice beach) is good. The air conditioning is very useful. The equipment of the house is wonderful: washing machine, toys/chairs for the beach and for the pool, kitchen equipment.
Negative: One of the double beds was not comfortable enough (very hard, like sleeping on a wooden table, and slightly tilted towards the middle). A microwave oven would be helpful, and also a dishwasher machine (washing the dishes by hand for 9 people is a lot of work). I could also imagine a set of outside table and chairs next to the grill place, that could be very nice and cozy. Even with the above inconveniences the place was wonderful, we enjoyed a lot.
