Positive: - modern and clean with all you need - proximity to the town center (but not right in the middle so you have peace and quiet) - fully equipped with a functional kitchen incl. Dish washer and washing machine & clothing rack (you get one capsule per 2 nights for both machines) - view of st Martin church from kitchen - elevator (4tg floor)
Negative: - two single beds, not one double/queen - parking is not in the building where the apartment is but about 220m away (not a big deal) - pans are scratched so you may want to take your own - you only get 1 capsule of coffee per morning spent even if you are 2 adults not 1 (not a big deal as you can buy more in monoprix, it's just that the ones we got didn't work so well with the Nespresso machine)
