This beautiful villa is tastefully decorated in French-chic style. Located in a quiet residential urbanisation, it is only 1 km from the beach (15 minutes by foot) and from the center of Calella with its nice boutiques and restaurants. Nice sea views from this villa.
You enter this villa at the first floor. Here you'll find the master bedroom with walk-in closet and large bathroom with double sink, bath tub and shower.
Separate "studio" room with two single beds. Access to the sunroof.
On the ground floor there's the living room with TV, chimnee and dining area. Fully equipped living kitchen with eating corner. From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the terrace with exterior dining table under a cosy covered porche. Weber charcoal barbecue.
Three double bedrooms, two with 2 single beds each, and the third with a double sofabed. Second bathroom with walk-in shower.
All 5 bedrooms and living room have air conditioning.

Summary: This Villa was absolutely beautiful!!! The place was lovely and clean. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The outdoor eating area was perfect to spend the evening. The pool was amazing. The owners were so kind and welcoming. They were extremely responsive. The area is super quiet and relaxing. We did not hire a car. We enjoyed the walk down the hill to town for shopping and the beach. There are wonderful walks on the doorstep and plenty to explore. We had the most magical time. Thank you!
