At Villa The Sanctuary Bali, we specialize in accommodating large groups for weddings in luxury and privacy. We have an in-house wedding planner and we take pride in providing excellent service. Our dedicated team of 28 staff members includes a highly-qualified General Manager named Putu, a Villa Manager/Guest Relation Professional named Salam, security guards, two top chef cooks, helpful butlers and drivers, housekeeping staff, gardeners, and a full-time technician, ensuring that your stay is perfectly organized. We also provide a car for safe transportation around the clock, and massage therapists and babysitters are available upon request.
Our 10 luxurious bedrooms include:
-A Master Villa with its own private pool and garden
-Four luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms along the green lawns
-Two luxury bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms along the river
-One romantic bale bedroom overlooking the valley and river
-And two multifunctional bedrooms: These 2 luxury bedrooms come with a double bed or a twin bed. They can also be transformed into a bedroom with 5 bunk beds for 10 children each. Our villa can accommodate a maximum of 36 beds and sits on a spectacular 22,000 m2 piece of land, bordered by jungle, rice terraces, and an impressive river. We offer luxury with unobstructed views and immaculate peace; a spacious wedding venue that can easily host 250 guests! Our professional and fully equipped kitchen is run by two chef cooks who create delicious food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, either from our menu or suggestions or whatever you may request as our guest. Our expansive dining area can comfortably seat 25 adults, and our living room area overlooks our 35-meter infinity pool, offering great views. Our butlers serve cocktails and snacks throughout the day, and we have two beautiful wooden bales offering an enclosed air-conditioned media room/library and an open-air games room with a lounge, bar, games, billiards table, and DJ system, which will provide the perfect setting for parties to celebrate your Love with friends and family.
Our villa resort also features a jacuzzi that is built into the pool, a massage area, and a gym. Villa The Sanctuary Bali offers total privacy and is located amidst nature along a river, only a short and scenic 5-minute drive from Batu Bolong Beach, Echo Beach, and Pererenan Beach, which are known as the trendy hipster areas of Canggu, full of vibrant bars, restaurants, shops, boutiques, and funky beach clubs. The drive to Bali's other well-known area, Seminyak, takes about 25 minutes, and Ubud is a 45-minute drive away.

At Villa The Sanctuary Bali, we are committed to providing exceptional service. Following is range of included services to ensure that your wedding week is an unforgettable stay with us:
-Airport transfers are included with our car and driver. Villa The Sanctuary Bali will organize additional cars and drivers if many people arrive or depart at the same time. This small extra cost will be added to the guest expenses bill which we kindly ask to settle upon check out.
-Our car and driver will be available at any time you wish throughout the whole period of your stay. Please coordinate with our villa manager Putu on site when our driver must be available and Putu will make sure he is present at all requested times. Gasoline and parking tickets will be charged to the guest expenses bill which we kindly ask to settle upon check out. Please be informed we always have a driver on standby to provide transport from 7 am until 11 pm with our villa car to anywhere in Bali. We can arrange for an extra driver outside these hours on request.
-We charge for breakfast, lunch and dinner: we have a great kitchen team and they will be very happy to cook from our indicative menu or daily suggestions. Should you have any special requests please feel free to consult with our Villa Manager Putu or our Chef. We sell our food at cost price with a 25% surcharge on all ingredients. We split this cost over the total amount of people eating in our villa. This cost depends on market prices, our staff buys all necessary ingredients and our Villa Manager Putu will present you a daily bill to sign for every order. We need 3 - 4 hours for shopping and cooking so please be so kind to place your order as early as possible to either our Villa Manager Putu or our Chef. They will communicate daily with you.
-We are very proud on the quality of our food and we can cook any kind of food. We cater Western, Italian, Asian, Vegetarian etc. Ask us and we can prepare it! Our pool side Barbecue is renowned :-) Our food is delicious and our chefs have already been working for us for more than 10 years!
-We provide you with a selection of soft drinks at your bedroom’s mini bar. Please contact our Villa Manager Putu if you need additional soft drinks, beer, wines or spirits to be stored in the mini bar or fridge, which we charge at cost price +25%.
-We strongly recommend to bring your own wines and liquor to Bali as they are very expensive in Bali. We will be very happy to serve them to you at no extra cost! There is no corkage and it will be our pleasure to serve your drinks without extra charges. You can legally import 1 Litre of alcohol per person into Indonesia.
-We offer first night's dinner for free for everyone to get familiar with the top quality of our kitchen.

-Pool toys: we are happy to buy them for you if available in Bali.
-Kid toys: we are happy to buy them for you if available in Bali.
-Games: we are happy to buy them for you if available in Bali.
-Rental of push bikes: we recommend some beautiful mountain bike tours to discover Bali with an excellent company. Highly recommended!
-Gamelan: we recommend a performance by the people of our local village.
