Located a kilometer south of the km4 marker on the Ibiza to San Jose road, this villa is only ten minutes from the airport, Ibiza Town, and the beaches of Sa Caleta and Cala Jondal. Playa Den Bossa is even closer and is just a 5-7 min drive. The villa was originally built about 25 years ago and is having a full architect-designed renovation ready for 2014 . All rooms have Air Conditioning and there is a strong WIFI router in the living room. Outside the front of the house, there is a private parking area for approx four cars. There are large gates that lead to a driveway/ internal courtyard. The ground floor comprises of a comfortable lounge/dining area with doors leading to the pool and garden and a semi-independent kitchen with modern appliances. Off the lounge is a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and a second small double bedroom which shares this bathroom. There is also a double bedroom with an en suite shower room. There are two further ground floor double bedroom and en-suite shower room with outside access. Upstairs are three further bedrooms all doubles with an independent bathroom. From one of these bedrooms there is access to a roof terrace which leads to the master bedroom, this amazing room has to be the master suite as it has a separate access from the garden up stairs to the bedroom which has a large double bed and beautiful en-suite bathroom. There is an additional annex/suite under the pool with a double bed, complete with small kitchen area and en-suite bathroom. Some of the bedrooms can be made as twins if preferred on request. The spacious garden has a large"L" shaped pool complete with wooden decking and plenty of room for sunbathing. At the north end of the garden a beautiful covered chill out area has been built with views of Ibiza town (Dalt Vila) and the sea near Salinas. Villa Ahlvar the summer residence of an international fahshion designer is hidden in the majestic hills of Can Font with panoramic view of the ocean and Ibiza beaches as well as the beautiful Ibizencan country side. With a plot size of over 2,000 m2 tastefully landscaped including an outdoor gym, lovely bougainvillea, a cactus garden and a hilltop sunset chill-out. Villa Ahlvar is located in a very quiet, safe, area, but is only 7 min drive to Playa Den Bossa and 10 mins to Ibiza Town, Salinas, Blue Marlin or the best night clubs in the world. The whole property was renovated 2014 and 2015 and furnished by Swiss Argentine designer Chiara Fabiana combining rustic charm with elegant simplicity. This is great villa with superb pool and chillout areas, suitable for groups or families who want the peace of a private villa with absolute tranquility while having easy access to everything Ibiza has to offer. Guest are also offered additional VIP services at favourable rates, from massage or yoga by the pool to a private chef or boat for a magical Formentera expereince.

Summary: We have just returned from staying at this villa for 4 nights! The Villa was perfect. The outside area is so spacious, there were 18 adults so I was a bit worried we would be on top of each other but we had so much space! Alfredo was brilliant at communicating with before our trip and so helpful, friendly and lovely when we were there. We did have to get taxis everywhere but we found that easy using their local app and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this villa, we went for our 40ths and now wanting to go bank for our 41st Thank You Alfredo!
