Recent house and equipped with a beautiful swimming pool, located 190 kms from Bangkok and 10 kms from Hua Hin city centre. Modern and functional architecture this house located within the perimeter of the Palm Hills Golf Club is both very spacious and bright. It offers peace and quiet and access to all the facilities of the Sport Club (Tennis, Squash, Badminton, Fitness, Pool, Pool, Golf). The beach is less than 2 km away. The large garden of 1600 m² is fully planted and grassed.
The house of about 200 m² is fully furnished in a modern style. It offers an equipped kitchen, open to a very large living room. In the living room you will find a large corner sofa and a 65' smart TV connected to a satellite box (almost 200 channels are accessible there) and internet via the house’s WIFI. All rooms have their own bathroom-toilet. The master bedroom is located upstairs and opens onto the garden by a very large terrace ideal for discreet sunbathing. One of the 4 bedrooms has been converted into an office in which there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Note that the 3° bedroom located right next to the main building like a 'guest house' offers a great independence to its occupants.
Although located in the commune of Cha-Am, the house is much closer to Hua Hin.( less than 10 kms )
Access to the sports club ( Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Fitness, Snooker, Swimming Pool ) and golf is possible for any resident.
Lots of greenery and space around. A large lake is less than 200 meters away. The perimeter entrance is secured by guards 24h/24h.I recommend taking a rental car from Bangkok airport which will then allow you to get to the city center or to all the surrounding tourist attractions. However a connection by taxi or van taxi is possible from the airport.
