Positive: Be aware that this property is composed of two buildings (one main building -rundown and very old - and one newest building - a large bedroom without bathroom outside of the main building). Highlights of this property were the covered balcony where we saw plenty of monkeys, the newest bedroom that was the cleanest room of the property) and the washer and dryer. But to be honest, many other properties have these as well. I do not recommend this place.
Negative: This villa is not a five star accommodation in August 2025. There is a lack of transparency from the owner. The outdoor space is shared with 2 other villas within a very close proximity so there is no privacy AT ALL. We could also hear clearly other renters’ discussion when they were inside their villa and their TV shows. They also invited friends over for a BBQ/pool party while we were there. It was very uncomfortable. There are many missed opportunities to show that the owner cares about renters. Rusty and dirty stove, overused utensils, dirty bathtub and faucets, broken toilet in master bedroom, handles are not attached properly on several doors - we can get stuck inside a room-, dirty beach and dish towels (beach towels had big patches of yellow stains and drops of something), no shower soap other than the leftovers of previous renters, broken mosquito screens. Overall, we made sure to have full days of activities to avoid staying at this place for too long. If booking.com wants to investigate, I have more pictures of everything stated above.
