Positive: It was a wonderful experience! The villa is perfect for those who want to go to the beach and not worry about anything. The villa is set up to be a private beach house so you can go on in and out whenever you want. The view of the ocean through the trees is very pretty. The scene is idyllic with mangos hanging everywhere. The room where we slept was decorated beautifully with a quietly ocean vibe, complete with paperback books you could bring to the beach. Adriana was very kind and helpful throughout. She gave us a suggestion for a boat ride along the coast of zihuatanejo ixtapa that we would never otherwise have found. Overall, this place is perfectly set up if you are an independent person looking for a deeply relaxing getaway.
Negative: My husband was taken back by the open bathroom design at first. The wall does not go all the way to the ceiling on one side (not the side of the bedroom). He got used to it, but it may be good to state explicitly in case guests have an issue with it.
