Everything you see in this property is brand new, including the house itself. Three bedrooms, two baths, and a gorgeous kitchen will have you feeling right at home. Our mattresses give you the best nights sleep and extra space is available on the couch if needed. A garage is also available for you during your stay. Vivid Villa is a brand new construction townhome that was just completed in 2023 in Burgamy Park North.
The living room is where you'll find the cozy, versatile sofa with two accent chairs to watch your favorite streaming apps on the smart TV. This super comfortable sofa acts as an extra sleeping area, if needed.
The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials to make home-cooked meals when not enjoying one of Lubbock's many restaurants. The stainless steel appliances include, a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and oven. If a good cup of coffee is how you like to start the day, we have you covered with a drip coffeemaker that is sure to do the trick! We have Folgers brand coffee on hand, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
The dining area has a circular table with enough seating for guests and friends to stop by, and more seating is available at the countertop bar.
Each of the three bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. The master bedroom has one king bed, while the remaining two bedrooms have queen beds. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's décor as well bedroom lamps and sturdy nightstands.
The bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.
The backyard is fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. New patio furniture was just put in place and allows for family get togethers or eating meals outside.
This is NOT a pet friendly home. Bringing a pet with you will result in a fine of at least $250 plus any damages caused by the pet as the owner has severe allergies.

All areas of the home are available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!
Garrott, Shawna, and Jenna are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or VRBO message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.
This home is located in a new and very safe neighborhood called Burgamy Park North, and the Main Roads include Upland and 4th Street. Loop 289 is about 2 miles away, with Texas Tech campus 7 minutes away. Check out our guidebook to see all the fun Lubbock local places to check out during your stay.
Other than Uber, Lubbock has very poor transportation. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!
Parking is available in the garage or the front of the house with plenty of space for 2-4 vehicles. Be careful about parking on the street as the parking police are notorious for writing tickets in this area.
