Positive: Very cozy apartment, in a quiet, convenient, less touristy area. Check-in process went great (thank you Jordi for all the information once again!) even though it was midnight, permanent contact with the host via WhatsApp. The location has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, a dining room and one kitchen - I would say for 3 people it was perfect. I really recommend it if you want to stay in a quieter area and want to experince more how the every-day Barcelona folk live (2 metro stations close to it, 1 market, plenty restaurants and supermarkets). Overall a great value-for-money, cheers Martha and Jordi for everything!
Negative: It's on the 4th floor from 5 and no elevator available (it is located in a pretty old apartment complex) so keep that mind if you struggle with physical activity , the neighbors can be pretty loud in the evening and morning and also the views from the tiny balcony are not great but that's really not the apartment's fault, the neighborhood in overall it's not as glamorous as the center of the city.
