We wanted to share an update we just received from the admin regarding the ongoing walkways replacement project at Puamana.
Phase 1: Buildings 10, 12, and 13 have undergone demolition, excavation, form building, and gravel underlayment. Concrete pouring is expected within the next week, weather permitting.
Phase 2: Demolition for Buildings 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 is scheduled to begin on Friday, January 31.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay and truly appreciate your patience and understanding as this project progresses. The final result will greatly enhance the communityโs safety and aesthetics, creating a much more enjoyable environment for everyone.
