The Lagoon House is a newly furnished and decorated two bedroom two bath home with a pull-out couch in the living room to sleep six comfortably. Located on a large wooded property, the house features a private dock on beautiful Heron Lagoon. The Lagoon is a two mile long closed body of salt water accessible only to homes which front the shoreline, making it private, tranquil, and ideal for swimming, fishing and kayaking. The shore is lined with magnificent stands of mangrove which provide nesting areas for a wide variety of tropical bird life for your viewing enjoyment.
The home features a large screened patio with a pool only three steps from the master bedroom. The living room and master bedroom face the lagoon and offer sweeping views of the water through large sliding glass doors which, when open, let you bring the outdoors into the home.
The master suite features a queen size bed and master bath with walk-in shower and a large bathtub. Two sinks provide plenty of room for everyone. The walk-in closet is enormous.
The second bedroom features two twin beds which can be combined to make a king size upon request at booking.
Free trolley service with pick up and drop off on demand at the end of the driveway from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM provides easy access to all beaches, restaurants, bars and attractions on Siesta Key without the hassles of driving and parking.
