Summary: Beautiful home that is as it appears online. Pristine and in like new condition. Very well designed, constructed, appointed and decorated. It is well stocked and had everything we wanted. Very comfortable to live in. Lots of small extra touches. Good TVs in living room and bedrooms. This is an up and coming area - so there is a lot of construction in the area/region - this was not a bother, but it can seem somewhat remote although there is a Publix and shopping center nearby. Beaches (Boca Grande) were very nice, although about a 20 minute drive away and parking is limited. We also very much enjoyed a kayak tour with SUP. Overall, we can highly recommend this home and enjoyed it very much.
