From the moment you walk in the door you'll be captivated by the view. Our home is situated on one of Cape Coral's prettiest and largest lakes. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. A heated pool and a large dock for fishing or just relaxing by the water. The lanai has plenty of space to lay out and enjoy the sun or stay in the shade and entertain.
The kitchen features beautiful views of the lake. It has a margarita pass through window and also a sliding glass door for easy access while entertaining. There is plenty of tableware and cooking utensils for you to chose from. The kitchen has a 6 person table for indoor dining and the outside covered patio also has seating for 6.
The living room has a cozy leather couch and love seat for any lounging you may want to do. The living room has a 70 inch flat screen TV and DVD player for quiet movie nights or this can be a great place to gather with your fellow guests.
The master bedroom has a plush king size bed for a nice relaxing night of sleep . From the bed you have amazing views of the lake through the huge picture window. There is a large master closet to accommodate all your personal belongings. The bedroom also has a 55” flat screen TV for your enjoyment.
One of the guest bedrooms has a queen size bed facing a sliding glass door which over looks the spacious lanai and backdrop of the lake. This room also has a 47” flat screen TV for your enjoyment.
The third spare bedroom as two twin beds as well as a 50” flat screen TV.
The garage is equipped with a full size washer and dryer for your use. It also has 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, fishing poles with a loaded tackle box and 3 bicycles with helmets for your outdoor excursions. We provide all safety equipment for the bikes and kayaks. We have many different size life jackets from toddler to adult. The garage also had multiple beach chairs and a cooler to use for those amazing beach days.
The lanai has a Weber grill that you may use to cook some fabulous meals as well as a 50” wall mounted TV for you to enjoy while visiting the Mohave Lake Retreat.
