The beautiful cabin features 3 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, open plan living and a wraparound patio with a jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains.
The picturesque 11 Mile Reservoir is just a mile away with great fishing, kayaking (2 kayaks included), ice fishing and hunting with a gun safe inside the cabin.
Make your way up to this beautifully crafted cabin with nothing else around but wide open spaces, fresh mountain air and the most spectacular ever changing scenery from the bright sunrise each morning, the pink skies of an evening and the majestic night sky blanketed with stars.
Step inside and be greeted with a bright open plan design with a wall full of custom windows to take advantage of the mountain views and flood the cabin with sunshine.
The living space is filled with two plush sofas that surround the warm wood fireplace and a TV – perfect for a cozy movie night in.
Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and everything you could need right at your fingertips. There is a full size fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, an oven and cooktop, a microwave, coffee maker and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up.
Eat together at the hand crafted dinning table with seating for six or enjoy your meals out on the patio on a warm afternoon.
There are two spacious bedrooms on the main floor equipped with comfortable queen beds and topped with soft, quality linen and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. There is a mini library and an inviting rocking chair as well as heating in each room. For an additional two guests there is an air mattress located in the closet that can be setup upon request.
The central bathroom offers a relaxing, full size bath with an overhead shower, a vanity stocked with quality amenities and soft fluffy towels for each guest.
Make your way up the stairs and into the luxurious master suite with a large king bed, a desk for catching up on work with free WiFi, an ensuite bathroom with a his and hers vanity, a walk in shower and an elevated balcony with sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains. Also within the master suite is the handy gun safe for visitors coming to the Ranch during hunting season to store their equipment safely.
Sit out on the patio of an evening in the warm, inviting hot tub as you take in the stunning sunset as it spreads across the sky, then enjoy a drink or two until the stars come out and you can see the sparkling Milky Way on a clear night.
Make your way out to 11 Mile Reservoir just a mile or two away where you can fish, kayak (with 2 kayaks you can use), ice fish and hunt during hunting season. You can also bring along your horses and roam the picturesque scenery on horseback with plenty of parking for your trailer and pastures to keep your horses secure and well fed.
Guests can use their own four wheelers, atvs and side by sides to get around on the property, but just be mindful that you will need a four wheel drive vehicle during winter to get to the Ranch.
