Welcome to Pelican Landing, a Newly Listed vacation home!!! This three bedroom, two bath home located in the Poinsettia Heights neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale is close to beaches, shopping, dining, and nightlife! Tasteful decor throughout and is equipped with family room, fully stocked kitchen, dining for six, cozy lounge areas, a workstation and high-speed WIFI throughout. The primary king bedroom has an ensuite and outdoor access. The two guest bedrooms, one king and one queen share a full bath. All bedrooms have smart TV's. The tropical and private backyard is the highlight featuring a covered screened in patio with lounge seating, outdoor dining table and large flatscreen TV and gas grill.
