!!! Please contact us for our 30+ days offers !!! This gorgeous property is located in the prestigious gated community of West Haven, in the Champions Gate area. You will be really close to all Disney Parks and all other major Orlando attractions (Universal Studios, Seaworld, Legoland...) When at the property: You will enjoy the beautiful views from the pool deck (no rear neighbors - South facing). You will love how spacious the property feels and all the details that were just added by the owners to enhance your stay. This house has 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. The king size bedroom downstairs with ensuite bathroom (and a beautiful view and access to the pool). Upstairs you have 4 more bedrooms: A second primary bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with private bathroom. Bedroom 4 has two sets of bunk beds. Bedroom 5 has two twin beds. Those two bedrooms share a hallway full bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishware, pots and pans, microwave, fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker (and also a Keurig one), dishwasher... There is also a washer and dryer at the property. The patio area even has a dining table and... an outdoor TV for you to watch the game while enjoying the pool and the Florida sunshine. And because luxury is about details, there is a guest toilet (half bath) on the pool deck and downstairs near the living room so that you do not need to run to your room when enjoying the outdoors or your dinner. Do not wait: This property is very popular and is your guarantee that you will have a wonderful vacation close to all parks (Disney is 10-18 min drive only, Universal Studios: 22-28 min).
Important to know: Only the registered guests are allowed to enter the property (no more than 12). Only 3 cars can park at the property. Street parking is prohibited inside the subdivision.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** Pool and SPA heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
What to Expect Before Check-in
Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.
Here’s how it works:
After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.
You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.
For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.
Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.
Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Security Deposit

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Pool Heating (Optional)
Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
