The beautiful designer kitchen has a massive granite island with bar stools and is equipped with everything you need for your vacation. There is a beautiful dining table with seating for 8 as well. All of this opens up to the oversized terrace! โฃ
โฃOutside you'll find the perfect backyard for entertaining. A beautiful covered terrace with high-end outdoor living and dining furniture, another TV, and an outdoor kitchen featuring a mini-fridge, sink, and built-in bbq. Just a few steps from the terrace and you're relaxing in your private pool. โฃ
The master bedroom has a king bed, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and an oversized shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a large closet. The third bedroom is located off the living room and has 2 twin beds that can be configured as a king bed upon request. These two bedrooms share the main hall full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, a large wall of the closets, and a full ensuite bathroom. โฃ
โฃThe entire house is also fully handicap accessible. There is a wheelchair ramp that takes you up the driveway and through to the front door with zero stairs inside the house. You also have laundry facilities with a front-loading washer and dryer.
