Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis in the country. This two-bedroom, 1.5-bath home, with the bedrooms and full bath upstairs, and a half bath downstairs, features a hot tub, a game room, a dedicated work station with an office chair, monitor and printer, and is pet friendly. The well-equipped kitchen has a gas range and oven. Guests will enjoy the rural natural setting, stargazing and a dog-friendly walking trail right off the property. This home features two bedrooms, both with king beds, ceiling fans and large closets, plus one full bathroom upstairs between the bedrooms and a half bath downstairs. The garage has been converted into a entertaining game room with a pool table, poker table plus a dedicated work space complete with a monitor and a printer. There is a propane BBQ, outdoor seating and hot tub just outside the game room, under the breezeway. The backyard features a fenced yard and lawn, another seating area with a propane fire pit and an outdoor dining table.
The entire home is for guest use. The owners live part time in another home on this large property.

Whispering Oaks Cottage is located between Paso Robles and San Miguel, less than six miles north of Paso Robles just off Highway 101. It's all wineries, country roads, oak trees, deer and wide open spaces. It is perfect place to relax and get away from the hectic city life, but is also just a short 10-15 min car, Uber or wine tour bus ride from the westside wineries and downtown Paso Robles.
You will need a car, as this rural property is about 10 minutes by car north of Paso Robles, on the west side of Hwy 101.
The property is designed to be pet friendly, including a fully-fenced backyard and a short dog-friendly walking trail a few steps from the cottage. Two dogs of any size or breed are allowed, and additional pets may be welcomed upon approval.
There is another home on the property and the owners live there part time. The garage of this home is about 100 feet away, with the main home on the other side of the garage, helping to maintain mutual privacy between the homes.
