Summary: Great location, less than 5 min walk to the beach. Owner Lance is very friendly and helpful. I booked the double room (for aingle use) with private bathroom on the ground floor facing the back. Was a bit noisy bc next door unit is doing renos. Breakfast is good (eggs, toast, fruit). The unit is a bit run down but for the cheap price, cant expect much Room has a ceiling fan and some sort of central air blowing (not room control air-con). Shared kitchen which i didn't use. There are other B&B setups in the same complex which charge higher prices.
