Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff and view of the river were excellent. The location of the hotel was good due to its proximity to our destination.

Negative: The lack of parking is definitely an issue, unless you are able to book one of only 9 hotel spaces available. If not then its potluck to find a space on a nearby road, there is a 5 min drop off in the hotel basement. The other issue we had was the lack of information on 1: how to use the lift with a room card, 2: no instruction available to use the room facilities ie Aircon and lights.

Summary: The service and view were definitely the best feature, but we wouldn't use again due to the parking
