Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Newly renovated while keeping to a very traditional English country bed and breaking. Room was very clean and tidy. Fridge and Bath in our room was a particularly nice touch. The surrounding area and pond provided a serene summerโ€™s day backdrop while the pub furnished us with a really nice selection of wine. The food was also very delicious and staff were very courteous. Whether staying the night, having dinner or just wanting a pint at a quaint Surrey Pub, the Worplesdon Place comes highly recommended.
Negative: Iโ€™m a big fan of Youngโ€™s Ales and beers, but a slightly wider local Surrey selection would make a nice addition. (Hogsback?)
Summary: Extremely satisfying. Will definitely stay again.
