Decorated true to its western roots, horsemen (real or aspiring) will feel right at home. Walking distance to some of Cheyenne’s best shops & restaurants. Ultra secure building is safe and private to the few who have building access. Nice, quiet neighbors & free parking. *DUE TO OLDER BUILDING MAINTENANCE INCIDENT, ALL GAS STOVES IN THE BUILDING ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL AT THE MOMENT*
Unfortunately we can not accommodate pets at this location.
Portable AC is available seasonally, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Guests staying longer than two weeks will either be required to pay a cleaning deposit (refundable upon departure depending on apartment’s condition) or schedule bi-weekly cleanings during stay.

Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 11am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (11am-12pm) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.
I don't live on site, but we are available between 7am and 10pm. Call anytime for urgent needs.
CANCELLATIONS at any time will incur a 6% refund fee.
There is a key-fob used to enter the building stored in a realtor-type lock box hanging on the door. Please use it to open the door then place it BACK in the lock box as other guests need it and there will is a $50 charge for lost or damaged key-fobs.
Per the building owner, no pets are allowed in building.
No smoking of any kind allowed in building. This includes vaping, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. Evidence of such in unit will result in loss of deposit.

A/C is available seasonally. Wyoming weather is tricky, so please be aware of this when booking in late May/early June and September/October.
