Positive: We loved the location, and the hotel building is very beautiful, modern, and cozy. The service was always kind and attentive. The breakfast is quite good, and the restaurant food was excellent. The coffee machines and the tea station available throughout the day are also very much appreciated.
Negative: The only downside was the bathroom design in our room. When you use the shower, the entire bathroom floods due to the design of the shower screen. The toilet was also very uncomfortable; you really can’t sit there for more than a couple of minutes. We had to put towels on the floor to stop the water from coming out under the shower door, which made using the bathroom quite inconvenient. The heating also seemed to be centrally controlled and we couldn’t turn it off, which forced us to sleep with the windows open even though it was -3°C outside, because the room felt too warm and uncomfortable. Despite this, it is still a great hotel in a very central location.
