Casa Volpini is a lovingly restored, 400-year-old Umbrian-style farmhouse, located in the immediate vicinity of Tuscany above Lake Trasimeno, in a secluded location. Casa Volpini has two independent apartments.
The apartment Viola offers a total of up to 5 people. The upstairs apartment can be rented from 2 persons. Here is a bedroom with four-poster bed (1.6 x 2 meters) and a small single room (ideal for a child up to 14 years) available.
The 20 sqm large terrace of the apartment Viola offers a wonderful view over the lake to far into Tuscany. At the 90 degree angle to the terrace another room with double bed and private bathroom adjoins, which is only rented together with the apartment Viola. If required, up to 5 people can stay in the entire floor of Casa Volpini.
The exterior of the apartment Viola also includes a balcony at the entrance which can also be used for breakfast.
The apartment Vera (object 231571) on the ground floor is a completely independent apartment, has its own entrance and can accommodate 2 people and can be rented separately or together with the apartment Viola. So there is the possibility to accommodate up to 7 people in the whole house. If you want to rent the apartment Vera with, we grant a special price.
