VILLA MIMOSA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
This single-storey villa exudes peace and serenity. When you enter, the cozy decor by the Dutch owners immediately makes you feel welcome. Take a dip in the private swimming pool or enjoy cooking in the lovely outdoor kitchen. Fancy a beach day? The sandy beach of Moraira is just 2.6 km away. From here you can walk straight into the cute village with its several nice restaurants and bars.
LAYOUT VILLA MIMOSA
Villa Mimosa is suitable for six persons and is completely on one level. The cozy living room has air conditioning, TV, heater, dining area and sitting area. From here you can easily walk into the kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine . The villa has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have a double bed (160 x 200), mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning. Bedroom 3 has a pull-out bed 160-200, suite bathroom, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. There are two bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has a shower, toilet, double sink and hair dryer. Bathroom 2 (en suite) has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also WiFi, a washing machine, a dryer and heating. The villa has recently been equipped with solar panels.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA MIMOSA
Villa Mimosa has a large swimming pool with 6 sun loungers. From the covered private terrace you have a view over the swimming pool (kidney-shapped 8m x 4m x 2m)and the beautiful surroundings. On the other side of the terras you will find the outdoor kitchen with sink, bar and built-in charcoal barbecue. This villa also has an outdoor shower. There is room for three cars in the private parking lot.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Mimosa is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The house is heated by pellet stove and air conditioning with heat function. Costs for gas are € 35 per week, if you use more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot. A bag of pellet granules is available in the area for approx. € 9 per bag. In the winter months, 75 kWh (electricity) per week is included, with additional consumption (via meter) the costs are € 0.40 per kWh. Winter rental is possible for 2 or 3 weeks in the period November 1 to March 31. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
