Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, split floor plan, 2nd floor unit with cathedral ceilings.

Renovated kitchen with maple cabinetry and granite countertops with oversized cut-out looking into the living area. This unit is very bright and tastefully decorated with a "Floridian flair". Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the screened-in lanai looking out at the pond surrounded by lush foliage.

This unit is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay while the kitchen offers every convenience imaginable including Keurig coffee maker. Very large master bedroom with renovated ensuite bath has a king-size bed with walk-in closet and walk-out to lanai while the guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds. Guest bathroom renovated in 2020. There are 3 flat-screen TV's and wireless internet. The laundry room is outfitted with full-size washer/dryer. You'll feel right at home!

Sarasota and the surrounding area offer something for everyone...from spectacular beaches at Siesta Key and Lido Key to world-class theatre and arts.
