Welcome to this charming character farmhouse in a "vintage" style of 140 m², ideally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Tavers and its blue waters, between Orléans and Blois to crisscross the Loire Valley region and its castles!
On the ground floor, you will find a laundry room equipped with its tourist point, a separate toilet with washbasin, a step separates the rooms, a large dining room, a fitted kitchen, a living room, a bedroom (1 bed 140x190 cm) which opens onto toilets and a private bathroom,
Upstairs is a large relaxation area with books, games, musical instruments and television, and two suites each comprising two 90x190 cm beds and an adjoining bathroom with a toilet.

You can enjoy a closed and flowery courtyard and a garden that brings calm, rest and the pleasure of a barbecue meal.
