From the gîte, a 2-minute walk is enough to reach the Blavet river for hiking, cycling and fishing (perch, roach, pike...).
This beautiful and spacious vacation rental is arranged as follows:
- On the ground floor: an entrance, a large living room with lounge, living room and kitchen, a laundry room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with private shower room, 1 bedroom - under development- (2 90x190 beds including 1 bunk) and a separate toilet with washbasin.
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed), 1 bedroom (3 90x190 beds), a shower room with wc. Also on this level: a games room with lounge area and table football that young and old will appreciate!
Outside, on an unfenced area of one hectare, you will appreciate the large garden and the south/west facing terrace.
Parking spaces in front of the gîte. The estate hosts a future gîte which will see the light of day in 2023, the garden will be shared.
