Yes, you really expect Emil to suddenly look forward behind the carpenter's boa. You have walking distance to three lakes, one of which with precious fish, fishing license required. Very peaceful location with far to neighbors. On the plot there is an open barbecue area with seating for cozy evenings around a campfire. On the hill next door there is a wonderful terrace furnished with tables and chairs with sun all evening with a very charming wood-fired sauna with room for 4-5 people. At the bottom there is a large country kitchen with space for 6 people and a high standard with fridge, freezer, counter and washing machine. There is a separate dining room with large dining room furniture for 12 guests, living room, bedroom with 3 beds and toilet and bath that is newly renovated. The house has central heating and electric / wood boiler in the kitchen. On the upper floor there are 6 bedrooms with two and three beds and a large hall. A rowing boat is included in the rent, it is possible to rent an additional boat. The house is part of the Boo Fideikommiss property, which includes Boo Castle.
