A first gîte "Les Tilleuls" n°1173 of 80 m² on the ground floor + first floor: kitchen, living room with lounge area, 2 bedrooms, shower room and a second gîte "La Grange" n° 1174 of 130 m² on the ground floor + first floor with a large living room with kitchen area, lounge area with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, shower room. Central heating. Private land of 1,200 m². Room for bicycles, fishing and wood. The owner has preserved the character of the house (ornamental fireplace, local stone, etc.) and its integration into the landscape, in a wooded region, with many bodies of water nearby. This old barn renovated into a gîte has a lot of character (stone vaults, wood, etc.) and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Discovery walks offered free of charge from the gîte.
