Welcome to Casa Soleada! This new, modern, two-story luxury villa has quickly become one of Malmok's most popular rentals. Located in the beautiful, quiet, and secure 5-star gated community of Gold Coast, our home allows you to enjoy resort-like facilities while having the privacy of your own home.
On the main level of the house is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining table (seats 4), a living room with a sofa, chair (converts to single bed if needed), and smart TV with cable and Netflix/Prime apps loaded. There are also laundry facilities (washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack, detergent) and a full washroom.
On the upper level, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, a full ensuite, and another sofa chair that can be converted into a single bed if needed. The second bedroom has a King bed that can convert to 2 Twin XL beds, a full ensuite, and a smart TV with cable and Netflix/Prime apps loaded. All linens and towels are provided.
Outdoors, our fully-fenced in backyard has a private pool and outdoor kitchenette, including a BBQ, grill, and dining table (seats 6). There are many lounging areas, including poolside loungers, a daybed, and a conversation set. Our home comes equipped with all the gear you'll need to enjoy a day at the beach - chairs, an umbrella, and coolers.
Throughout our home, you'll find air conditioning, ceiling fans, hot water showers, wifi, and a starter kit of basic supplies, such as shampoo, soaps, and spices. There is a free parking spot on our driveway, and additional free parking throughout the community.
Guests also have free access to all Gold Coast community facilities throughout their stay, including 3 community pools, a fitness center, tennis & pickle ball courts, a restaurant, bar, and lounge.
Details of Potential Construction:
There is a condo building being constructed across the street from us and 3 homes being constructed beside us. Noise levels are expected to fluctuate – some weeks it could be very light, others it could be more disruptive. We cannot reliably predict to what extent any particular stay will be impacted. Access to our home, utilities, and private parking are not expected to be impacted. If you are planning on spending the majority of your days at the beach/exploring the island, then this probably won't impact you much, but if you are hoping to spend most days at the home, it is not likely to be the most relaxing environment during construction hours (Mon-Sat, 8am-4pm is what has been communicated with us, but cannot be guaranteed)
