There are 2 levels, downstairs level: Kitchen, office, dining room, 1/2 bath, and laundry room. Upstairs level: Livingroom (1 Queen size sofabeds/sleeps 2), 3 bedrooms (3 Queen size beds/sleeps 6), and full bathroom.
Huge fenced-in backyard with BBQ, patio set, and firepit. Kids can run around and play and then roast smores in the evening.
The foosball and Air Hockey Table is in the downstairs area to entertain you when you just feel like staying home.
The washer and dryer are in the unit and are free.

Free parking for 2 cars in the driveway and there's street parking.
Vacuum, broom/Dustpan, duster, mop, and some cleaning supplies available in the home.
There are many things in the area of Montgomery to do. There’s Raging Waves Water park, Golf Courses, and miniature golf places. Not far from Hollywood casino and Paramount theater also.
