Through to the modern lounge with wood-burning stove and French doors leading out to the balcony again overlooking Lingmoor Fell.
The romantic double bedroom with a wrought iron bed is located on the entrance level and has its own en-suite with luxury power shower. Also on the entrance level is the luxury family bathroom which offers both a separate bath and power shower cubicle.
A flight of stairs leads down to the cosy twin bedroom which has its own outdoor access.
Outside there is a large shed for secure storage of bikes and outdoor equipment.
There is parking for 1 car directly outside the cottage with further on lane parking close by.
