All reservations must complete a rental form that will be subsequently submitted to the office for approval.
Checkins the same day you book your reservation is not possible due to this approval needed by the resort. Resort approval cannot be granted when the office is closed typically from Fridays after 2pm through Mondays until 10am.

Victoria Palms is a gated community with a guard on site 24/7. The cottage sleeps 4. It has a king sized bed in the master with an en suite bathroom with a custom tiled shower. The guest room has a king sized bed with a 32” smart TV with a DVD player and is steps away from the guest bathroom. You can access your own Netflix, Hulu accounts, etc. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo. The living room has a 50” smart TV with cable and a DVD player. The kitchen has custom cabinets and a huge island! Covered parking for 2 vehicles included.
