Positive: The stay was excellent. Great view, nice and clean house with good furniture. We could navigate the facilities very easily. We could feel a positive energy in the place!
Negative: It was NOT easy to get in touch with Dan Center over phone (had to make many calls from Sweden to Germany and also to their Swedish contact). Never reached them. The online chat box was not so easy to find. Once it was fond, things were very easy. It is the duty of Booking.com to fix the keys on booking. The customer should not be the one to contact the host and hunt down to get the keys. Moreover, as per the host, booking.com had not passed the information to the property owner on time. This put us in terrible stress for couple of hours during our trip and also forced us to look for other options for stay. Booking.com has to take the responsibility for transferring the booking order to DanCenter and fixing the keys.
Summary: Fantastic stay! We will certainly plan another trip
