Guests can enjoy a morning dip in the pool before heading out to explore the city. The entire unit is air conditioned and equipped with cooking utensils and appliances.
The bathroom has fresh towels, and other essentials needed.
It has air-conditioned rooms furnished with queen and double size beds, soft pillows and blankets. There is also a sofa bed which is comfortable enough for an extra guests to sleep in.
You can also Enjoy Netflix and unlimited reliable WIFI during your entire stay.
The place is pretty well known to the drivers so there must be no problem for directions. The place is safe and guarded with CCTV and security guards are there for you 24/7.
Other things to note:
*Housekeeping is provided upon request for a fee of 200.00. Towels and sheets are replaced.
*Paid parking is subject to availability for PHP 250 daily rate. Please inform us at the time of booking to confirm this.
*Events, parties, smoking and pets are not allowed. Mellow down voices after 9:00 PM to respect our neighbor’s quiet time.
*We are happy to provide basic coffee and other basic amenities for convenience on your first day. Should you need more supplies on the succeeding days, you can easily buy them at the 24/7 convenience store 3-5 minute walk from the condo.
*Access to the bedrooms depends on the number of guests booked.
