Case Graziani is an ancient country house located in Cittร della Pieve, between Trasimeno Lake and Chiusi (Siena) and between Umbria and Tuscany, which disposes of many comfortable and spacious holiday apartments. Large apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large living room with ancient fireplace. Able to accommodate up to 9 guests, the apartment is ideal for large families or groups of friends that wants to spend charming and relaxing holidays on the border between Umbria and Tuscany in a farmhouse with swimming pool and sauna. The furniture is comfortable and welcoming thanks to its antique furniture and the presence of air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, mini-stereo, telephone, internet, safe, fireplace, terrace and outside space. The accommodation is the oldest part of the building (from 1759) with the typical arrangement of the rooms around the large living room-entrance and has preserved the wooden beam structures and the original decorations. In front of the house you can see and visti the family chapel and higher up the few houses of the small and ancient village.
Included: Hot and cold water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels (weekly change), swimming pool with jacuzzi (8ร16 m, open from May to September), wi-fi, parking, barbecue area, playground for children and ping pong table, playroom for children with table football, fitness room, final cleanings.
Not included: Tourist tax 1,50 โฌ per person for the first 5 nights (minimum 14 years old), cautionary deposit 200 โฌ (in cash at arrival).
On request: Air conditioning 10 โฌ per night, baby crib (including linen) 20 โฌ per stay, Finnish sauna 10 โฌ per person per hour (min 2 p max 5 p.).
Late check-in and late check out: additional fee 50 โฌ.
The swimming pool is open from may 1st to september 30th.
