The house has all you need for a relaxing stay - comfortable furnishings, including antiques, Roku TV in living room & master bedroom. Full kitchen, all dishes, pans, linens, laundry room with new washer & dryer. Stylish, new bathroom with marble shower. Chill out on our screened front porch after a busy day of sight-seeing. The backyard has a deck with dining table & chairs, BBQ grill, & screened gazebo with lounge chairs. Front & back driveway for parking, large, partially fenced yard. Beautiful Florida landscaping with lush, green grass.

Summary: Great communication with the owner and easy check-in and check-out. She left some beautiful flowers for us to celebrate our 30yr wedding anniversary. Space was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the screened front porch. The bungalow is a 10-15 minute walk to the River District shops and restaurants, which we enjoyed. Other option is taking an Uber 8 each way which is well worth the convenience. Publix and a local brewery, Coastal Dayz, can easily be walked to. We will be back to stay!
