Ninette is a lovely little apartment overlooking a breathtaking panorama of valleys, forests and the highest peaks. For those seeking tranquility and sporting opportunities, this is an ideal and very special place. Located in the heart of the pedestrian village of Grangesises, 3 km from Sestriere, you will enjoy the silence and yet be in two minutes two to both the parking lot and the typical bustling piazzetta with its cafes and restaurants. Finally away from the chaotic bustle of the city and... the whole world outside!
The apartment is a lovely studio apartment accessed through a convenient entrance hall that then gives access to the single room where there is a large kitchen (equipped with microwave oven, induction hob kettle and refrigerator with freezer) and an open xo with fireplace and sofa bed with super comfortable 20cm memory foam mattress. The wall with glass door and window overlooks the Valley and from here there is access to the balcony with armchair and small table and chairs and from here there is a breathtaking view of the mountains and the Valley. Great relaxation at sunset to enjoy the aperitif ! The apartment has a bathroom with a glass shower.
In the living area there is also a fireplace !!!
Please note that the house is small, so guests traveling with a pet should be aware of the limited space.
