"Apogee" is an owner's apartment in a new residence in the heart of the Port Marianne district. We loved the tranquillity of the residence overlooking a park in this new district, the comfort and quality of materials in a new apartment.
"Apogee" is a large two-room apartment of 47 m2 on the 5th floor. Large and wide living room with a soft and comfortable sofa opening onto a deep terrace for an indoor/outdoor living space with large volumes. A bedroom with beautiful dimensions featuring a Queen Size bed (160x200) for greater comfort. Beautiful wardrobes. Italian-style bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen with carefully chosen materials, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, large capacity dishwasher, oven, microwave, numerous kitchen utensils. Washing machine.
The apartments are entirely new (2025). Tiled floor coverings. Electric roller shutters. Double-glazed aluminium bay windows. WIFI Internet. Individual private parking. Washing machine. Non-smoking apartment. Pets not accepted. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A welcome kit is provided upon arrival for the first night. Bed linen, sheets and bath towels are included. The bed is made except for the sofa bed (linen provided). A simple exit cleaning is performed. Ecological products are available in the bathroom as well as cleaning products. Autonomous arrival via a secure key box.
