When walking into the property, you will instantly feel in vacation mode stepping into the comfortable and cozy living room complete with ample seating areas that can fit you and all of your family or friends. You can sit back or lay down on the couches or chairs and read a book, play a board game with your friends, prop your feet up on the coffee table, or watch your favorite movie on the smart TV on the wall. The backyard offers a fully fenced in yard along with a screened in saltwater pool for your use and enjoyment. The pool can even be heated in the cooler months of the year for an additional fee. Out on the pool deck you also have access to a shaded area to relax and enjoy or even loungers to soak up the Florida sun. If you are looking to head to the beach enjoy the use of the beach chairs and cooler that is available for use in the garage. The small 1 car garage is closed off from renter access but the 2 car garage is available for use. With a driveway large enough to do a 3 point turn in you will have plenty of room for all the guests.
Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is on the left side of the house and offers a king bed, smart tv, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the pool area. The remaining bedrooms are on the right side of the house with various sleeping accommodations to make it easy for any family or group to choose their rooms. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 offers a Twin bed with a twin trundle. There is also a sleeper sofa available in the living room for larger groups.
