Located in desirable Northwest Bradenton, at the end of a cul-de-sac, this over 2,700 SF home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and plenty of space for all. It won't be difficult or take long for you to fall in love with your vacation home.
Wood floors, lots of natural light entering through the many glass sliding doors, a very large and well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, double ovens, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, an adjoining dining room with ample seating for everyone, a pool table, a Florida room, lots of beach equipment and numerous other details make this home unique.
The large, open and very cozy living room area with large smart TV offers plenty of space for the family.
Everything has been thought of when equipping the kitchen, so you can easily conjure up a large American breakfast, sandwiches for the beach, a frozen cocktail or a multi-course meal for your loved ones.
Directly behind the kitchen is an air-conditioned Florida room with a small dining area and a fantastic view of the lake in front - ideal for a cup of tea or a glass of wine.
You might even spot a few turtles, which can often be observed from here. You also have direct access to the pool area from the Florida Room.
