Positive: I found the staff helpful.They were freely available to give directions to visitor sites that I wanted to go to.The gardens were beautiful.I enjoyed the warm breakfast.
Negative: I had to drive over 300 miles from Dublin to Cork on Friday evening.I felt under extreme pressure to meet the required check in time.I think the staff should be more empathetic in their approach in communicating with the guests in this regard.Luckily i did find a lovely restuarant who served food quickly on route down that long journey.Its a small thing now as overall enjoyed the stay there overall.
