This Victorian style home has all the quintessential charm of yesteryear, with luxurious residential touches for making vacation memories of a lifetime. This newly renovated home offers 3360 square feet of well-appointed living space with four bedrooms and four and a half baths and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
The Main Level has a wonderful floor plan for entertaining, featuring an open kitchen and dining area with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, great room with gas log fireplace and new, flatscreen TV. Full size laundry room with new washer/dryer and new gas grill are available for your use. The Second Level features three bedrooms, each with ensuite baths. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, fieldstone fireplace, private bath with jetted tub and separate shower, and opens onto upper-level porch for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The Second Guest Bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with walk-in tiled shower and the Third Guest Bedroom has two twin size beds with private bath and tub/shower. Both guest suites have walkout balconies.
The Third Level is a loft space, accessed by a whimsical spiral staircase which has two twin size beds and a classic, coastal widow’s walk overlooking the Village and Lake Michigan. A cozy basement provides a great place for watching TV and additional sleeping for six, with two twin-over-double bunk beds and a full bathroom.
