This beautiful three bedroom home will set you at ease the moment you walk in the door. The home is soothing and relaxing, with everything you may need. This property has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a beautiful large kitchen with quartz countertops and a small breakfast nook. The living/dinning area with a peninsula fireplace, and a casual family room with another fireplace. Home comes with a spacious laundry room. Enjoy the games and foosball table. Nice Swimming pool with jacuzzi.
OTHER AMENITIES: The kitchen amenities include a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blender, instapot and more. You will find all of the cooking pots & pans needed, serving trays, dining sets, utensils, wine glasses, champagne flutes, corkscrew, measuring spoons, etc.
There are bath towels, pool towels.
We provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. You will find shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom.
Free WIFI Wireless Internet.
CLEANING: All trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins and all dishes must be placed in the dishwasher upon check out. Please treat this home like your own and deliver the home in the same condition as you found it.
POOL & SPA: Heating the Jacuzzi is included in the rental price. However pool heating is extremely expensive and will cost $60 per night. Thanks for your understanding.
PARKING: There is a 2 parking garage spaces and parking in premises.

Summary: We arrive at the specified check in time and the house had not been cleaned. I was able to get in touch with the property manager who was able to find a cleaner who arrived at 5pm. Three hours after our check in time. It was three and a half hours of cleaning , she left at 8:30 at night! . The kitchen is very tired with two drawer doors broken and look like they will fall off. The tub in the master suite constantly runs as you can’t shut the taps off enough to make it stop. Outside the sectional is trashed and should be thrown away. In the dirt garden on the way back into the house there are pieces of a baby doll just lying in the dirt. We lost power one morning and had to contact the property manager again as we were the only one on the street with no power. The hotub has this micky mouse way you have to turn on and off and we were so frustrated the property manager has us download an app and provided us a user name and password so we could make it work. The house has massive potential just need some attention.
