Also on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen and live-in staff quarters. Three sets of French doors open onto the covered verandah, which runs the width of the house and connects to the private pool and gazebo. Upstairs features the four large bedrooms and the games room, which overlooks the ocean and houses a pool table, darts, the television and other games. Thunbergia, allamanda, plumbago, palms and various fruit and other trees adorn the manicured garden.
