The pretty house with terrace and pergola is completely surrounded by a lawn and a green hedge marks the end to the neighborhoods. The rooms in the ground floor includes a living and sleeping area for max. 4 persons with living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms and with exit to the pergola. Lower floor with 1 bedroom (closed with an occupancy of max. 4 persons) and bathroom. The outside area with garden furniture includes the flat garden with lawn as well as Mediterranean planting with palms, shrubs, etc. all for private use. Driveway until house. 2 reserved parking spaces. Bus stop about 400m. Shops about 700m. Lido Ascona and golf course about 600m. Village center and lake promenade about 1 km. Bed-/kitchen linen available. Pets not permitted. Non-smoking house.
